I am rapidly approaching my 60th birthday with a goal to be in my best shape in 35 years by that time. With exercise and a change in diet, I will reach my goal! I enjoy traveling to new places with my husband, spending time with my family and friends, singing in my church choir, reading, trying new vegetarian dishes and listening to baroque music.
